NetSupport Manager, NetSupport School and NetSupport DNA provide details on installed Microsoft hotfixes and where available, information on whether the hotfix is installed correctly is also provided.
When installed, some Microsoft hotfixes store information in the registry detailing the files that have been installed. This information can be used to verify whether the hotfix is installed correctly. NetSupport uses this information to verify the correct installation of hotfixes displaying one of three icons:

Installed hotfix does not contain a file list so cannot be verified. |

Installed hotfix contains a file list and all the files with the correct version are present. |

Installed hotfix contains a file list, but the files are either not present or an incorrect version. |
