Hotkey combinations do not work on some keyboards

By default, NetSupport Manager and NetSupport School have a three key hotkey combination set; some keyboards will only accept the first two modifier keys pressed. When viewing a Client in full screen mode, this will prevent you from switching back to the Control/Tutor user interface. To resolve this, you can select to use two keys instead of three, for your hotkey combination.

Change the hotkey combination

1. Select {View}{Settings for Current Configuration} from the NetSupport Manager Control window drop-down menu.
   Or
   Select {View}{Current Settings} from the NetSupport School Tutor Console drop-down menu.
2. Select Remote Control – Keyboard/Mouse.

3. Choose two options as your hotkey combination.
4. Click OK.
