For larger instances of NetSupport Manager, you have the ability to use the Filter bar to assist with identifying and locating machines.

Within the List view of the NetSupport Manager Control, right-click and select Details. The view will switch to Details mode, as shown below.

The columns displayed can be customised by right-clicking in the List view and selecting Columns. The Client List Columns window will appear and from here, you can add or remove the following columns: Machine Name, User Name, Status, Description, Transport, Address, Client Version, Client Platform, Battery Details, Client Name, Contact, Group, Help Message, Last Connected, Location, Phone Number, Requested By and Wireless Details.

Note: The columns displayed by default will depend on the folder you are viewing in the Tree view. You can customise the columns for different folders by selecting the appropriate tab in the Client List Columns window.

Filters can then be applied to the column headers, allowing you to search for specific Clients. Right-click on a column header and select Filter Bar. You can now enter the search parameters to locate the required machines.
