This article details the port numbers used by NetSupport Manager. Please note that these are the default ports and some of these ports are configurable within NetSupport Manager.

Control
Connects to Clients via TCP port 5405.
Uses UDP port 7 or 9 for the remote Power On feature (these are standard WOL ports).
Uses port 5421 for the Multicast\Broadcast Show and File Distribution features.
Listens on port 5421 for Call Control requests.
Uses port 443 to communicate with the Gateway if in use.

Client
Listens on TCP port 5405 for connection attempts from Control machines.
Uses port 5421 to request connection from Control.
Terminal Server Clients listen on TCP port 25405 onwards for connection attempts from a Control machine.
Uses port 443 to communicate with the Gateway if in use.

Gateway
The Gateway Server listens on TCP port 443 for connections from Clients and Controls.
