If NetSupport Manager reports that a Client no longer responds, it indicates that there is a problem with compression. Depending on whether it is enabled or not, you can try the alternative state to see if this solves the problem.

To switch compression on or off

  1. Select {Network}{Configure} from the Control window drop-down menu.
  2. Select SecuritySettings and click Use Compression to enable or clear the check box to disable compression.

  1. Try to connect as normal and see if the error persists.
