If NetSupport Manager reports that a Client no longer responds, it indicates that there is a problem with compression. Depending on whether it is enabled or not, you can try the alternative state to see if this solves the problem.
To switch compression on or off
- Select {Network}{Configure} from the Control window drop-down menu.
- Select Security – Settings and click Use Compression to enable or clear the check box to disable compression.
- Try to connect as normal and see if the error persists.
