NetSupport has released an updated version of NetSupport Manager to address the two vulnerability reports below raised against the NetSupport Manager Client component for Windows:

  • CVE-2025-34164 – NetSupport Manager Stack-based overflow.
  • CVE-2025-34165 – NetSupport Manager Heap-Based Buffer Overflow.

A solution to both of these reports was included in the NetSupport Manager version 14.12.0000 update released on 29th July 2025.

This updated version of NetSupport Manager is available for download from our website at https://www.netsupportmanager.com/downloads. Alternatively, if you have registered on the My Support area, you can log in and download from here https://support.netsupportsoftware.com/.
