In the NetSupport DNA 4.90.0000 release, an issue was found that related to intermittent blank screens that could appear after a user logged off a Windows 10 machine that had the DNA Agent installed. This only occurred if the DNA Agent had been configured to display an AUP (Acceptable Use Policy) applied via the DNA Server.

To resolve this issue, an updated version of NetSupport DNA 4.90.0001 was released that included a solution to fix the behaviour experienced.

If you have 4.90.0000 installed and are applying AUP’s to your DNA Agents, we recommend updating to NetSupport DNA 4.90.0001 or later.

NetSupport DNA version 4.90.0001 is available for download from our website www.netsupportdna.com/downloads, or if you have registered on the My Support area, you can log on and download from support.netsupportsoftware.com.

Alternatively, you can use the {Check for updates} option available from the Help icon at the top right of the DNA Console to download and install the update.
