When installing NetSupport School for Mac, the installer will automatically detect any licence (NSA.LIC) files present as long as they are in the same folder.
Due to the supplied .dmg file being a read-only location, you will need to move the installer application to an alternative location along with the required licence file.
- Open the NetSupportSchool.dmg file if not already mounted.
- Click, hold and drag the installer app to a location with write permissions, i.e. the desktop.
- Add the licence file to the same location.
- Run the installer as normal and the file(s) will be detected.
