  • Installing NetSupport School for Mac using an existing Client32.ini file
< Back

When installing NetSupport School for Mac, the installer will automatically detect any configuration (Client32.ini) files present as long as they are in the same folder.

Due to the supplied .dmg file being a read-only location, you will need to move the installer application to an alternative location along with the required Client32.ini file.

  1. Open the NetSupportSchool.dmg file if not already mounted.
  2. Click, hold and drag the installer app to a location with write permissions, i.e. the desktop.
  3. Add the Client32.ini file to the same location.
  4. Run the installer as normal and the file will be detected.
