However, in certain environments you may want to disable specific functionalities for teacher users. This guide explains how administrator users can centrally manage and restrict Teacher Console functionality through the Web Portal, either across the entire organisation or at site level.

Prerequisites

• Admin user access is required.
• Access to the classroom.cloud Web Portal.

Steps to manage the Teacher Console settings at organisation level

1. Log in to classroom.cloud using an Organisation Admin account.
2. Go to Organisation > Settings > Classes > Teacher Settings.

3. In the Teacher Interface section, each option can be enabled or disabled using the available toggle controls, enabling administrators to manage specific Teacher Console features.
4. Click Update to apply the changes.

Steps to manage the Teacher Console settings at Site level

1. Log in to classroom.cloud using an Organisation Admin account or a Site Admin account.
