The settings used on the DNA Agent devices are applied according to the Profile that is assigned to the device. When using your own Profiles to apply custom settings to the DNA Agent devices, it is useful to be able to confirm which Profile is currently in use on the device. This can be done in one of two ways.
- Using the DNA Console, go to the Home | Explorer ribbon item and then choose Details from the View section of the ribbon. The Profile column will display the name of the Profile that is currently applied to the DNA Agent devices listed. The Profile column is visible on both the PCs and Users hierarchies.
- For Windows DNA Agents that have the DNA Agent icon visible in the System Tray, you can right-click the DNA Agent icon and select About DNA. The following window will be displayed that shows the name of the Profile in use on the machine, along with other useful information.
