To find out which version of NetSupport DNA you have installed, look in the following locations:

For the NetSupport DNA Agent

  1. Right click on the DNA Agent icon in the system tray.
  2. Select About DNA.
  3. The Agent window will appear, displaying the version information.

If the Agent is hidden from the system tray, you will need to do the following:

  1. On the machine that has the DNA Agent installed go to:
    32bit C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport DNA\Client
    64bit C:\Program Files (x86)\NetSupport\NetSupport DNA\Client
  2. Right click on the DNAClient.exe file.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Navigate to the Details tab.

  1. The DNA Agent version will be displayed.

For the NetSupport DNA Console

  1. Run the DNA Console.
  2. The login screen will display the current version of the NetSupport DNA Console.

For the NetSupport DNA Server

  1. On the machine that has the DNA Server installed go to:
    32bit C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport DNA\Server
    64bit C:\Program Files (x86)\NetSupport\NetSupport DNA\Server
  2. Right click on the DNAServer.exe file.
  3. Select Properties.
  4. Navigate to the Details tab.

  1. The DNA Server version will be displayed.
