How do I find my NetSupport School for Mac serial number?

You can easily find your NetSupport School for Mac serial number and other licence details.

From the NetSupport School for Mac Tutor

1. Select {Help}{About} from the Tutor Console drop-down menu.
2. Select the License tab.
3. The following information is displayed:
   • Type of licence
   • Licensee
   • Serial number
   • The total number of Students that this licence allows you to run
   • The expiry date of licence
   • Product version.

From the NetSupport School for Mac Student

1. Click the Student icon in the menu bar and select Open.
   Note: If the Student icon is hidden using the ‘Quiet Mode’ setting, it will need to be temporarily re-enabled.
2. Select {Help}{About the Client} from the drop-down menu.
3. The following information is displayed:
   • Version number
   • Serial number
   • Licensee
   • The total number of Students that this licence allows you to run.
