How do I apply an updated Client Configuration file for NetSupport Manager on Mac?

The NetSupport Manager Mac Client initially installs with a default Client Configuration. To update the NetSupport Manager Mac Client with the required settings, the Client Configurator can be run on each Mac Client machine, or it is possible to copy a Client Configuration file to each machine.

To copy the Configuration file

1. On a Windows machine with NetSupport Manager installed and a Client Configuration file applied, take a copy of the Client32.ini file found in:
   32bit C:\Program Files\NetSupport\NetSupport Manager
   64bit C:\Program Files (x86)\NetSupport\NetSupport Manager
2. Place the copied Client32.ini on the Mac OSX Client machine in the following folder:
   /Applications/NetSupport/NetSupport Manager
3. Restart the machine for the updated Configuration file to take effect.
