NetSupport DNA reports are provided using the Crystal Reports engine, details of all reports available within the system are listed by selecting the Reports tab in the Console and clicking the Home icon.
To view a report, select the appropriate component icon in the ribbon and choose the required report from the Reports drop-down list.
Once a report is displayed on-screen (its content will update dynamically based on your location within the Tree view), the resulting report can be exported in the following formats:
Acrobat PDF
Crystal Reports (RPT)
HTML
MS Excel (XLS)
MS Word (DOC)
ODBC Record style (with or without column spaces)
Report Definition
Rich Text Format (RTF)
Comma Separated Values (CSV)
Tab-separated text
Text
XML
In addition to selecting a format, the file created can be sent to the following destinations:
Application
Disk file
Exchange Folder
Lotus Domino
Lotus Domino Mail
MAPI
