Within the ‘Devices’ section of the classroom.cloud portal, there are multiple statuses that a device can have depending on the current state of the device.
Below is a list of the available statuses and what each one means:
|Unlicensed||The device has not been added to a device group.|
|Not Connected||The device is off or cannot connect to the classroom.cloud servers.|
|Out of Hours||The device is on, but connections are being prevented due to Privacy Settings.|
|Available||The device is on and can be connected to.|
|In Class||The device is on and connected to a Teacher Console.|
Not connected to the specified allowed network(s) in Privacy Settings.
