When using NetSupport DNA with larger DNA Agent install bases, it is recommended that you change the collection intervals of the components within the software, to optimise the performance of the DNA Server.

This document covers the recommended collection intervals for the components, based on a range of different installation sizes and also the recommended hardware specification for the DNA Server machine and SQL Server that will be hosting the database.

For optimum performance on installations of 5000 Agents and above, it is recommended that you host the SQL Server and DNA Server on different server machines. The server specifications below include the recommended specification for both the SQL and DNA Server machine.
