When using NetSupport Notify to send a notification, by default the Senders details will be included on the notification that is displayed on the Agents. If you wish to remove the Senders details from the notification that appears on the Agent machines you can follow the instructions below when sending the notification :

  1. Open the NetSupport Notify Console and select the Notification tab.
  2. Enter a caption and message to the Notification Message window and choose your message option from the ribbon toolbar.
  3. Click the Send Now icon in the ribbon.
  4. Select Send Anonymous.
  5. Click Send (or Send all to send to all connected Agents). The notification is displayed on Agents’ screens and the sender’s name is not included.
