How do I find my NetSupport Notify serial number?

You can find your NetSupport Notify serial number via the Notify Console or via the Notification Server Configuration utility (NetSupport Connectivity Server Configuration utility).

Via the Console

You can easily find your NetSupport Notify serial number from within the Notification Console.  

1. Open the Notification Console and select the Servers option at the top right-hand corner.
   
   
2. Your product serial number will be listed under the Serial Number column of the configured Notification Server.
   

Via the Notification Server. 

1. To access the Notification Server Configuration utility, right click the Notification Server icon in the system tray on the Server machine and select Configure Connectivity Server.
   
2. In the NetSupport Connectivity Server Configuration utility, select the Licenses tab. The NetSupport Notify serial number is displayed.
