From NetSupport Manager version 12.00.0000 to 12.0.1.0006, you have to alter the Mac OS Security and Privacy preferences before installing on Mac OS X 10.9.5 (Mavericks) and above. By default, Mac OS X will only allow you to install applications from the Mac App Store or Identified developers.
