NetSupport Notify allows you to fully customise notification messages. From version 5.0, you access Customise mode by clicking the 
icon at the top right of the Notification Console.
The Console will switch Customise mode. From here, you can customise the notification message using the icons in the ribbon. Any changes you make are displayed live on screen.
You can customise the heading caption text and background colour; include your own logo, so the notification message blends in with your company branding and add sounds to distinguish between notification types.
From version 5.0, you can also customise the notification type (the strip at the bottom of the notification message). You can change the notification type name (overtype the text in the name field), image and background colour. Each of the notification types can be customised, allowing Agents to easily tell the difference between the messages they receive.
