You can easily find your NetSupport ServiceDesk product version within NetSupport ServiceDesk.

  1. Log into NetSupport ServiceDesk.
  2. Select the Admin tab.
  3. Click License.
  4. In the ‘Version Information’ section, you will find your version number.

If our Support team ask for detailed version information, please provide them with all the version information from this page.
