NetSupport ServiceDesk (previously DNA Helpdesk) includes support for mobile devices (from version 2.80). When NetSupport ServiceDesk is accessed from a mobile device, a smaller and simpler set of pages are displayed to the user or operator. NetSupport ServiceDesk detects whether the device being used is a mobile device by looking at the User Agent string that is passed to the Web Server by the browser on the device and matching this to known keywords for the most commonly used mobile devices.

If your mobile device is not automatically detected or you want to use the full NetSupport ServiceDesk user interface on the mobile device, you can do this by editing the Mobiledevices.txt file in the NetSupport ServiceDesk installation folder.
