There are three ways you can add student, staff and parent data to ReallySchool. You can import CSV files from your MIS system, input data manually or use WONDE integration.

If you want to use WONDE integration, you will need to pay an additional fee of £60 per year. Please email [email protected] for more information about this.

How it works

  1. Log into the Admin role.
  2. Select Manage School from the sidebar.
  3. Select the MIS Integration tab.
  4. Fill out the WONDE integration request form and press Submit.
  5. Your request will be approved by the ReallySchool team and sent to WONDE.
  6. WONDE will contact you to validate the request.
  7. WONDE will confirm the validation with ReallySchool.
  8. You will receive an email to let you know your data is ready to synchronize.
  9. Log back into the Admin role, select Manage School and then MIS Integration.
  10. Press Synchronize.

Please note after pressing Synchronize, the data may take several minutes to be ready.

If within two working days the integration process is not complete, and you have not been contacted by WONDE or the ReallySchool team, please email [email protected].

The ReallySchool team may contact you if they have any queries about your request.
