How do I find the version number of NetSupport Manager or NetSupport School?

You can easily find your NetSupport Manager/School product version within the NetSupport Manager Control or NetSupport School Tutor.

  1. Select {Help}{About} from the Control window or Tutor Console drop-down menu.
  2. The version number will be displayed.

   

Display more detailed version information
When contacting NetSupport Technical Support, you may be asked to send more detailed version information about your NetSupport installation.

  1. Start the command prompt.
  2. Change to the NetSupport installation folder, e.g. C:Program FilesNetSupportNetSupport Manager/School
  3. At the command prompt, type DBI *.* and press Return.
  4. The version of all executable and DLL files in the folder will be displayed.

Note: By Entering DBI *.* >Version.txt a text file named Version.txt will be created in the NetSupport directory and this file can be sent to the Support team.
