How do I find my NetSupport School serial number?

This article applies to NetSupport School version 14.00 and below. To see steps on how to use this on version 15.00 and higher, click here.

You can easily find your NetSupport School serial number, product version and more within the NetSupport School Tutor Console.

1. Select {Help}{About} from Tutor Console drop-down menu.
2. Select the License tab.
3. The following information is displayed:
   • Licensee
   • Serial number
   • The total number of Students that this licence allows you to run
   • The expiry date of the licence
   • Product version.

Note: If you have an evaluation licence, you can update to a full licence by clicking Update License.

For older versions of NetSupport School the licence information can be displayed as follows:

1. Open a command prompt and change to the folder that NetSupport School is installed in.
2. At the command prompt type NSMSERIA / R
3. The following information is displayed:
   • Serial number
   • Maximum clients
   • Expiry (d/m/y)
   • Licensee.
