If you’re an existing customer with a full license or subscription key, you can register for an account on the My Support Portal on our website: https://support.netsupportsoftware.com/.

  1. To create an account, click Register at the top-right of the page and fill out the form.

  1. If you already have an account, click on Login.

Once you have successfully registered for the My Support area and logged in, you will need to register your license key.

To do this, please click on {My Licenses}, then {Add Keys}. Then enter the following information:

– Select a product by choosing from the drop-down Product List.

– Enter your serial number (e.g., PCS123456).

– Enter your authorisation code (this is the code starting with 0x…).

– Click Register.

If the key is successfully registered, the NetSupport product and version number relating to your serial number will appear under Your Registered Licenses.

Click on the green envelope icon to download the *.lic licence file.

Next, select My Products from the drop-down menu under your name (top-right).

There you can select the product and download the installers needed for your installation/upgrade.
