In version 4.85.0000 of NetSupport DNA, there was a issue found where if your Agent devices were running an older version of the NetSupport DNA Agent, the NetSupport DNA Server will keep opening connections to the DNA database each time they connect. Eventually, this would cause the DNA Console to report a “server busy” or “general network” error message when you try to log in.
To resolve this issue, we have produced a fix which will be included in the 4.85.0001 release of NetSupport DNA. However, if you’re currently affected by this, we have created a new “DNAServerDll.dll” file which when applied to your DNA Server running 4.85.0000 will resolve this issue. To have this new file applied via a remote session (or to obtain a copy of the file along with instructions on how to apply it), please contact our Support team.
